I encountered a problem with one of my accounts yesterday. I utilized the 800 number for all bank branches. The call center was off shore. It was difficult to comprehend & discuss the purpose of my call due to the language barrier of tge responding representative. Love this BMO bank been here since it was Mercantile National bank that's a long time. I have several accounts here. Love the staff. They know you by name, heck I barely remember faces. Really nice friendly service. One stop shop bank.
I've had a great experience with the bankers at this BMO Harris location each time I've visited. The staff was efficient and kind. They have worked with me very well throughout my banking relationship with them.
I went to the bank at 4:10 today and it was closed. I understand with Covid people are sick but if you are closing branches early you need to let people know. It's a transaction I can't do through your app so now it has to wait. Very frustrating.
