They never answer the phone
I only go to this location out of convenience if I am in the area. The customer service here from the tellers are hit or miss. There are some tellers that are pleasant and professional but the majority of my visits here are with disgruntled workers with a crappy attitude. It's even worse when they are in the business priority window, since you are dealing with business people. Clearly, this location lacks proper training in customer service, which usually reflects on poor management.
This specific location has always caused me time and problems. From some poor customer service skills to being unkowledgeable. It's ridiculous that I have to go outside of the city of milwaukee to another BMO bank to get fast and pleasant customer service. When I'm at this location I have to wait almost 20 minutes for a small withdraw. I guess this has been the problem with this bank for the past 10 years, not the most convenient location for business owners either.
i am a 27 year old consumer. originally with m&i. i sometimes do have issues. but because of my inactive bmo online account. these issues get resolved. at the moment. i will not access my online banking. until i resolve a longterm issue with. my emails being hacked. i won't name names. but the bankers and tellers. have been insanely helpful. because i always carry my necessary paperwork. i know that is the main reason we get along. i go to about 14 different branches throughout milwaukee and neighbouring suburbs. and am ofte... read more
