I called asking if they do currency exchange, and the person I spoke to said yes but it would be ordered. I said great I’ll be in later today and she said sounds good. I show up and was told “we don’t do that”, and then the girl walked away to get two other girls who are both staring at me as if I’m an idiot and I said I called this location earlier and confirmed it could be done. For specialized banking services this is the branch I go-to. A couple years ago Manny was a tremendous help sorting out a complicated home purchase. Margarita is also great and has been the main person who helps me since, she is attentive and friendly with great insight and advice when helping me resolve my issues. The staff is always friendly and helpful!
