Five stars for Jarrat. Go see this man if you need help with anything. I’ve been trying to get a letter from BMO and have gone to other locations but due to time constraints I could not stay. While on my break from a job site, I stopped by this location. The young lady in the booth area greeted me and asked what I needed help with. Always very friendly and warm not to mention helpful
They won't give me advice on how to open up a bank account for my rectal disease
Drive up ATM at this location is the absolute WORST! Not only is the software very slow, it has a bunch of prompts that should be bypassed with a BMO debit card (language and receipt preferences at a minimum). The software is a BMO issue, but this location you can't make a deposit without it rejecting most of the bills and in my case they are coming directly from another bank so it's an issue with this ATM.
