Still no communication, they responded to my first review two weeks ago to email with my information and they will call…still no call or voicemail after the email… I put in to have the investigation back open, no correspondence no cash back into my account, mind you this incident took place back in October. With how the world is setup right now I’m not letting go of the mishap of this bank allowing my funds to just satisfy someone else’s needs, I work to hard for and not to mention those are my business funds…..
Worst bank to have for a business account, they don’t work for you. Sad I truly recommended others to them. Communication sucks, it’s hard to speak with anyone and all the call center people are all in different locations and the local branch staff just tell you anything, to get you out the branch, no communication through the online portal, notices through the mail days later, you emailing to get things relooked at, they don’t send text notifications when others try and hack your account, all they do is lock your debit card... read more
Five stars for Jarrat. Go see this man if you need help with anything. I’ve been trying to get a letter from BMO and have gone to other locations but due to time constraints I could not stay. While on my break from a job site, I stopped by this location. The young lady in the booth area greeted me and asked what I needed help with.
