I can never get anyone to answer the phone at the 76th & North Avenue branch. I wanted to talk to the branch manager there. It just rings and rings, and then ultimately kicks me to the general national customer service number. This has been going on for months.
Have been trying to get ahold of the manager for over a week I've called multiple times and left a voicemail a week and a half ago. They always take down my name and number but never call back. Horrible service and it's about something one of their bankers messed up. Would not recommend.
