I went into this branch to get a debit card printed and received the worst customer service ever Jessica which was the branch manager was txting on her phone then when i told her that i had called customer service to get my debit card printed and they advised i could she told me that she would not print my debit card unless i made a deposit

When I called in the Hispanic woman who answered the phone had so much attitude wanted to argue over an issue I’ve been calling about consistently highly unprofessional I’m not sure why someone working at a bank would have such a nasty attitude I don’t recommend this bank many issues and complications with atms at several locations

I would never bank here again, for 9 months they hold my account by the fraud team, to this day my account is still not available, I keep calling the managers and fraud team, the fraud team tells to talk to the location, the location tells me to talk to the fraud team, so I guess I will never get my money back from my personal account. I was treated rude by the manager of the fraud department after I talked to the fraud manager she froze my account for good never do business with this bank.
