When I called in the Hispanic woman who answered the phone had so much attitude wanted to argue over an issue I’ve been calling about consistently highly unprofessional I’m not sure why someone working at a bank would have such a nasty attitude I don’t recommend this bank many issues and complications with atms at several locations
Great branch, great tellers and manager happy i switched to them
I would never bank here again, for 9 months they hold my account by the fraud team, to this day my account is still not available, I keep calling the managers and fraud team, the fraud team tells to talk to the location, the location tells me to talk to the fraud team, so I guess I will never get my money back from my personal account. I was treated rude by the manager of the fraud department after I talked to the fraud manager she froze my account for good never do business with this bank.
