Came in today for assistance with my auto loan. Christina R was fantastic and got me answers and full assistance in a very timely manner. She also educated me on all the services BMO has to offer.
I don’t recommend anyone to open an account at any of BMO Harris locations. I came in to open an account on my mother’s behalf as her guardian and I was consistently asked about my job description and I had to provide multiple identities to prove that I am who I say I am. Then when I provided a credit card for credit one bank to the bank officer he then began to dis credit the card I told him I have other credit cards after belittling me but he declined the check cleared the following business day and me and my mother were t... read more
