I wanted to share something about a follow-up I had with this branch today! I got a survey offer on my last visit through their Drive-Up window. I mentioned in the comments that I think a lane with a higher reach for the dispenser tube would be better. I drive a F250 Pick-Up truck, and it’s a bit tricky to get to the dispenser because of how tall the truck is. Guess what? Lesemann Marshall is awesome! We just opened some accounts for our 15 & 13 year old kids. Lesemann kept them involved during the entire account opening. Lesemann was incredibly engaging with my daughter & son, giving them banking tips along the way. This helped our visit fly by. Thanks Lesemann!
Accommodating
Local staff is OK. But corporate makes decisions without getting customer input. Only young that matters is the corporate bottom line. They have forgotten they are a service business.
