Lamentablemente ya no hay banco en el cual confiar hace días, me quitaron mi cuenta, ya han estado teniendo muchos problemas con muchos clientes por la misma razón, sólo llamo para preguntar qué ha pasado con mi dinero con mis fondos que quedaron dentro del banco y me dicen que están en revisión, no puedo creer que retengan tu fondo sin darte explicaciones sin darte razones, solamente te dicen que debes esperar y pasan días y días y no devuelven tu fondo, no le recomiendo a nadie en lo absoluto abrir cuenta en este banco sin... read more

I was persecuted by the branch manager there, Lisa Beth. It’s a long story. I have been there twice with my ex-husband who has dementia. Both times I was there Lisa Beth accused me of stealing from my ex-husband. Today we almost finished our transaction when she came running out and asked my ex-husband wanted the money for. This bank is racial profiling I have an ID in my job have account with this I'm aware that they charge $10 if you do not have they would not cash my check telling me I need two forms of ID which I have not ever heard of that they told me they supervisor would not approve that so I asked what a supervisor and then they told me they do not have the supervisors disrespectful he refused cash my check or reach out to someone to cash my check they told me I need to go somewhere else to cash my check

Everyone is so friendly and helpful here! I have been with this Bank for many, many years now and every time I go there it's always a pleasant experience. Thank you!
