So the lights are so bright you can't see what's going on as far as buttons and doors and things coming out and putting in and there's so many spiders everywhere it's absolutely disgusting 🤢🤢🤢

I am not a customer at BMO but my mother is. I was contacted by a banker at BMO to sign some paperwork. I left him a voice message, I sent him an email then after 3 days I called the bank. After wading through a ton of automated number prompts, I finally hit zero a few times and got a live person. A frustrating phone conversation occurred before I was placed on hold. Arrived at Bmo bank to get a new debit card. The teller lady suggested me to speak to a bank specialist about the requested new debit card. She told me to have a seat, waited and waited for 45 minutes. No help! I felt disappointed and left. 👎👎👎👎👎

My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Kelly Garrett today. She was personable, kind and helpful. We actually had fun at the bank. I like the friendly feel of this location and the staff.
