Best bank ever! This is my home bank close to my house and super kind people work here. Adriel is always awesome helpful and I look forward to having BMO forever!! He even got me a new card in the works before I showed up by giving him access to my account!!
The dinosaur of banking. Tried opening a checking/savings for my teenager, they opened an account, never sent an atm card. In trying to obtain an atm card so my teen can access his money and deposit money - Mobile App is constantly going down/has issues. Finally able to log in and customer service chat wasted 30 min trying to access my account - then they closed chat/kicked me off of the app.... then the website was down and told me to call customer service.
