Although they are reasonably polite, their policies, services, and practices are garbage. They had a chance to win my business, but I've gone elsewhere. This branch is trash.
Not this location specifically but BMO online banking offers a promotion for $300 and even if you do everything the promotion says to ($4K in deposits within a certain number of days of opening), they will close your account without notification and not honor their promotion. I wouldn't expect them to honor other promotions.
Adriel is a subject matter expert when it comes to the institutions offerings, and is very friendly! I had just moved to the area, and was looking for a new bank nearby and decided upon BMO as they have a stellar reputation and many branch locations throughout the valley. Best bank ever! This is my home bank close to my house and super kind people work here. Adriel is always awesome helpful and I look forward to having BMO forever!! He even got me a new card in the works before I showed up by giving him access to my account!!
