They used to have categories to choose from when you pay a bill. The categories were customizable. "Property tax" "electric bill" Then, with no notice, they yanked all of my custom categories and reassigned all of my bill pay spending to their own categories which are very broad and cannot be customized to be more specific. M&I was a bank... idk what these guys are As a bank bmo harris hides behind we contacted another department... A week later my issue and their issue isnt resolved. Told someone was handed a wrong number Told they dont know who handles.... and they are waiting. Used to be you serviced a customer. Full service dealt with made happy before they left your place of business Now they stare blank like its not their issue.... sorry You dont get to gatekeep if your lost when I ask you questions and get no answers. 10 out 10 on the DO NOT RECOMMEND. The are shady as a banking institution, slow on processing, poor communication. Don't bank with them...they don't care about customer service.
