Even if the handicap parking was accessible ( there was a construction truck parked there. )It seemed like the bank should know about the construction as it seems it’s been going on for a while now. This branch is not handicapped friendly. I had to come in to get a cashiers check, couldn’t do it through drive thru even though I stated I couldn’t walk. The door from the parking lot didn’t work with the automatic door openers either. Really frustrating.
Really don’t appreciate letting someone who comes in after you to see a banker get seen first. Poor customer experience, not sure if I’ll be opening that saving now.
I received an offer by mail from BMO to open a checking account for a $350 cash bonus. I messaged BMO on facebook to have my information added to a Do Not Contact list and was told to call the Beloit location and have them do it over the phone. I figured maybe a 5-10 minute call and my request would be put in, give it a couple of months to take effect and I wouldnt receive anymore offers from BMO. Oh how wrong I was...
