Renee is who I spoke to on the phone as I called 4 minutes before close [I felt horrible ] she was VERY polite she assured me it was no problem just come on in I came in one minute after calling and went to her she didn’t rush me because they were closing she talked to me took her time and assured me I was fine, I told her about my kids and we talked about her granddaughter I will be back to this BMO Bank because of Renee ! Cash only!!! Who still does that and out of all 3 of my banks, none were close by and I wasn't going to pay 5.00 for the ATM at the closest gas station
Worst bmo branch I’ve been. Renee is unprofessional and very rude. They have this open office room and Renee wanted me to say my private information including Ssn where everybody can hear. Other banks doesn’t do this and always making sure they protect their client’s private information. We had to go back to ask Renee to fix my name in the cashier’s check that they printed since the money I withdrew from this bank is a huge amount I trusted from this bank, and she is very disrespectful and trying to say it is not a big deal.... read more
