Went in on a Saturday morning to open a new account, Jon Smith was friendly and helpful, and corrected some misinformation we'd gotten from the BMO 800 line.
I really wish that I had read customer reviews prior to opening several accounts at BMO Harris Bank. Because my payroll or business deposits can be over the average $500, EVERY SINGLE TIME they have put a 7-10 day hold on my funds... Even AFTER being told at the branch when making a deposit that there would not be one. I have given documentation to show that these are for payroll and that not all will come direct deposit. There is cheaters more careful before opening account they offer you money for open an account and there are fake I got that happens and after open account I spent enough money as much they said in offer to eligible for $200 reward even more then but after 3 months wait they said you can’t take that rewards .
