Naperville branch manager Ajit Sandhu made the WORST bank experience I have ever had. I have never written a review in my life but this bank manager is horrible. I’m settling my mother’s estate and delt w her several times EACH and every time she tried to help me she was the rudest manager I have ever delt with. No compassion at all to what was going on and when I mentioned how I didn’t like how she was handling it she was even worse. Opened my business account last year. Start getting $70 Charges for some account analysis services. No one told me about such charges. I didn’t realize up until my account became overdrawn due to these charges and collections department called me to inform I have to pay else they will close the account. Unbelievable. Horrible experience
Good people to work with really good behavior from all employees
I can see why this branch has so many 1 star reviews. I created an account and was told by the banker in person that she would add the promo for the $400 after making qualifying deposits. 7 months later after not receiving it; I can’t even get a call back. I keep getting told they’re working with the back office but I get no updates. Will likely be shutting down the entire account and taking my account elsewhere. Also likely escalating this with the BBB
