Jason Byrd was extremely helpful and sweet! I just changed my account and was trying to purchase Christmas items before my debit card came but unfortunately the echeck system kept declining my purchases. I was trying to save hundreds by catching the sales. I went into my local branch and he told me he could print my debit card right then and there. I opened my account at this branch on August 29th 2025. When I opened my account I was told about the direct deposit bonus, that if I had at least 4000 in Direct deposit in the first 90 days, I would recieve a 400 dollar bonus. That it would just show up on the 100th day. So Thanksgiving day I checked because it was the 100th day. It wasn't there, so I figured it was the holiday, and so I checked on Friday and it still wasn't there.
