I have no issue with this branch, they’re actually pretty nice and know how to be courteous but today I encountered “Valentina” seemed clueless told me to have a good day before she gave me everything she was suppose to give me(the money) which what I came for an when I asked where is it, she was clueless AGAIN. After getting it large amounts she asked did I want it in the paper bands that they put on the money. Trash bank and most tellers aren't professional.
The quality of customer service here has gone downhill hard. All of the staff used to be so nice a couple years ago. The teller I had the other day was incredibly rude and condescending. Explaining to me how math works, pointing at things to me like I'm a child. Yes, I am bad at math but if I didn't authorize a payment it should have come out in the first place. Yesenia was wonderful. Literally the only good thing about this branch anymore.
