Definitely poorly managed branch. I tried to withdraw my own money but guess what?they could give me $4k only and wanted me to wait till next week to withdraw $10k. I also didn’t like the attitude of the manager as well. He was bossy and not welcoming at all. He doesn’t care at all. Will be closing my account.
I will be closing my account this week. I overheard a conversation between a banker today and an account holder. They signed him up for an account and forgot to file some paperwork. So BMO closed his account with out him knowing. The branch was trying to help him and he was almost in tears but the powers that be on the phone were not allowing the branch to help him. His money is in limbo and he was practically begging for help because he said his health insurance is going to be null and void if he can't make his first paymen... read more
I’ve been Banking With BMO Harris since 2008. I have always been greeted by a smile and a Hi Terri. Just the fact they call me by my first name says a lot in my eyes. I recently had one of my accounts Hacked. I went to the Bank was seen immediately by 2 bankers. They sat down with me for a good hour fixing my Account. They both went over and above their job description for me. I was so relieved. I am retired and am living on a fixed Income. Thank God BMO replaced the full amount which was1,900!
