Matt Rothman is one of the best managers I ever dealt with. I’ve been a BMO client for over a decade and always reach out to Matt for assistance and he delivers every single time. He goes above and beyond to address any concerns I have. Hope he sticks around for years to come.
Definitely poorly managed branch. I tried to withdraw my own money but guess what?they could give me $4k only and wanted me to wait till next week to withdraw $10k. I also didn’t like the attitude of the manager as well. He was bossy and not welcoming at all. He doesn’t care at all. Will be closing my account.
I will be closing my account this week. I overheard a conversation between a banker today and an account holder. They signed him up for an account and forgot to file some paperwork. So BMO closed his account with out him knowing. The branch was trying to help him and he was almost in tears but the powers that be on the phone were not allowing the branch to help him. His money is in limbo and he was practically begging for help because he said his health insurance is going to be null and void if he can't make his first paymen... read more
