Tried to close my business account and they refused to close it based on the fact I closed it at another location. Would not release my funds to me. There is a reason their reviews are so bad. the response is great. didnt even respond with the correct name.
If I can give this Place zero stars, I would worst customer service ever people lie to your face. I was told I can get a debit card printed because I have not received my debit card in the mail after 10 days when I came back into the branch, I was told by the same person they don’t remember having that conversation with me but yet this is only three days prior. Worst worst worst customer service. Stay away from this bank I will be closing my account
