If I can give this Place zero stars, I would worst customer service ever people lie to your face. I was told I can get a debit card printed because I have not received my debit card in the mail after 10 days when I came back into the branch, I was told by the same person they don’t remember having that conversation with me but yet this is only three days prior. Worst worst worst customer service. Stay away from this bank I will be closing my account

Manager Mike (white old bald guy) is really rude does not know how to treat people good and said he won’t help cash a check because he couldn’t get a hold of the account owner and only called ONE TIME! i told him i have the owners number and can call him so he can answer the next bank call, that’s when he started to act out and didn’t even give me the chance to tell the owner that they called him and that i was at the bank trying to cash out a check he started to be rude, he doesn’t know how to listen people out and work wit... read more
