the manager at this location Named Mike discriminated my daughter and did not cash her check out because they supposedly needed to verify the business she works for which is CRICKET WIRELESS he lied to her saying they can’t do anything and not cash her check she is a hispanic and i believe because of her ethnicity he refused her services from what i know as long as you take a check with your name and your ID you should be good and get charged $10-$15 for cashing out in a bank being a non-member and that’s what my daughter di... read more
Emily did such a great job getting me in and out with a new debit card for a replacement from my previous tampered one. This location always treats me with hospitality
The tellers are wonderful, they go above and beyond to help me everytime. However, do not bank with BMO. Just save yourself the wasted time, believe me. The ATMs never work, the tellers and bankers don't actually have any sway with their system nor do they ever disclose 100% of the information until you lose out on something they promised you/promised to help you with.
