Visited a lot of bmo branches, this one is by far have the friendliest tellers, most knowledgeable bankers, I purposely come to this one to get my issues resolve...and they have candy😁. I believe the upper management, and their systems make their employees frustrated, they are trying to help you and fight their own system at the same time, and you all know how that feels
Karolyn was super friendly and helpful. She made sure everything was done right and double-checked everything. Great service!
