I am a regular customer at the bank. Today Ushani or Ashani was bank clerk. When I came to make a deposit, she told me it will be long while for me to make a deposit because she is helping customer with personal banking. I thought it was inappropriate that instead of sending a customer to a personal bank, she was forcing deposit and withdraw customers wait. I hope this practice of having customers wait a very long time to make a simple transaction will stop. I talked to her about this and was very dismisive of my concern.

The banker didn’t even know about the product I was coming in to apply for. I had to tell him where to look on his own company website. He also didn’t understand the things that would get someone declined for the product. I even brought it up! I’m the jerk for not reading ALL the fine print. He was too concerned about meeting his new account sign up quota to tell me to wait 6 months before coming back to apply. Selfish, short-sighted and shady. Closing the checking account.
