The banker didn’t even know about the product I was coming in to apply for. I had to tell him where to look on his own company website. He also didn’t understand the things that would get someone declined for the product. I even brought it up! I’m the jerk for not reading ALL the fine print. Went out of my way to visit this location to use the ATM but it doesn't work. Why does this location not have an ATM that works?
The one and only ATM is out of order and you're closed.
I’ve been a Bank of the West customer for many years. And had several issues with the recent conversion to BMO. I luckily have two BMO branches near my house, but this is the the branch I go to for issues. They pick up the phone, which is rare for brick and mortar bank branches. I had a Bank of the West RV loan and a late fee added, but after conversion I didn’t know if it was a valid fee, as I enroll in autopay.
