When I say the best very outstanding crew everyone nice over there they will help you n drive excellent customer service at this branch
The banker did not want to assist my father when he requested a payoff final payment letter and told him he needed to visit a branch an hour away from him to obtain it. When I spoke to the mortgage department they confirmed my dad should have been able to obtain his request at the Evergreen Park branch. It seemed completely ridiculous to send a customer to a different branch when your nearest branch is also a full service location.
The employees at this bank are so professional and polite. The facility itself is very comfortable and welcoming. Free coffee and a really nice rest area.
