I have been a client of BMO for approximately 3 years! Thankfully, my experience with the branch in Evergreen Park has been exceptional. I typically have Marissa for my teller and she is such a delight! Professional, diligent, courteous and kind is what she has displayed over the years. Recently I opened a CD with Michael and he was also an exceptional financial advisor. BMO is a HORRIBLE BANK, and they Hate the Carpenters Union Pension checks. they have held mine for 8 days and won't put the money in my account. BMO has caused me to do without my seizure medication and I am low on groceries. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD OR NON EXISTENT. DONT USE THIS TERRIBLE BANK!
