The hours need to moved back to better serve the customers. Cutting it back to 4pm everyday, only leaves working people Saturday to do any banking. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive through the last 2 visits. This is not acceptable.
Well it looks like I will be closing my account asap. Atm ate 320 dollars I was trying to deposit. Then I couldn't even get proof of the claim I had to make. Not to mention I'll have to wait 10 days to maybe get my money back. This really doesn't help since my rent is due today. I could maybe have explained this to my landlords if I had any PROOF this happened, but apparently that's not something you provide your account holders.
