This bank has terrible service. Went to close my chequing account today and both front desk people told me that BMO and all Canadian banks dont close accounts first and last day of month and to come back on Monday. The tellers are lying, wasted me 30 min of waiting in line and not knowledgeable of their own policies. I went to the BMO at King and University right after and the BMO bank closed it immediately. This is the worst brand and is the reason why I will stop banking with BMO. Employees don’t even know their internal systems, wasting hours of back and forth. Almost every time I visit the manager or someone is on break and I had to wait for no reason. Nice employee but need better training and organization. Large location but never seen enough employees working
ATM has large withdrawal limits!
This branch is extremely well run. Juliet Xia is very helpful and professional. She is knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you to the team that works here at the Well Location. Keep up the great work because it makes a big difference in the customer experience.
