Absolutely the worst branch I’ve ever dealt with. The level of unprofessionalism from the manager was shocking — speaking down to customers, making claims that were completely untrue, and showing zero accountability. What’s even more concerning is their inability to properly locate or explain basic transactions. That’s not a small mistake — that’s a serious issue when you’re trusting a bank with your money. I’d avoid this branch. Manager in the left hand side of the office (first cubicle) doesn’t seem to care that there are only two staff on the floor, one in training, yet 3 different staff from the back came to visit his office having an open door discussion. You’ll wait 25+ minutes even if you’re the next in line to be helped.
