I have recently switched banks to BMO and came in to seek clarity on a couple of their policies that I wasn’t aware of and look for some solutions. Juliet was so helpful and patient! I left feeling supported and confident in my decision to switch to BMO.
This branch is an absolute nightmare to deal with and I’m a regular. The manager is “in meetings,” leaving me waiting endlessly for the simplest banking tasks . Routine services that should take minutes are dragged out with unnecessary red tape and zero regard for your time. I’ve spent countless hours sitting around for things that TD handles in one visit, hassle-free.
