Lost confidence with this bank today. Went to withdraw cash because my debit had a lower limit and I couldn't make a tax payment with it. They neither could increase my debit card limit nor were they able to give me cash stating there's not enough cash available. What's frustrating is, they din't even attempt to help me and instead tried gaslighting by shifting the blame on me by saying I shouldn't be doing this payment last minute. Plan to close all my BMO accounts and move to another bank. They don't deserve my loyalty!
I recently been at this branch and referred by their assistant manager Ava to Ana to help with my credit card, both were professional and the whole process was really fast and smooth, I love going to this branch as they are always willing to help. The branch is really nice and staff are very welcoming and helpful.
