I have had my account hacked and I am trying to make an appointment ment, day 3now to get my pension cheque's redirected but I cant get in to see anyone without an appointment. I have tried by phone and going in.I live in a remote area and it is time sensitive. What has anyone else in this position done. I have already gone 3 weeks in this.
Not only was I not able to talk to anyone about my account, the voicemail for the branch was full and not accepting messages. My experience with the personal customer service is horrible.
Oshin provided us with great advice and helped set up our accounts to our benefit. She was cheerful, friendly and competent. I would happily ask for her again when requiring higher level assistance. The regular staff are also helpful and the Manager has gone above and beyond helping us with our credit card and the problems we've had with the cc company.
