I have been banking here for 25 years and ready to leave. When a bank can not hire a receptionist to answer the phone its frustating and a warning sign of where customer service is headed. In house staff is nice but handcuffed.
We're currently in Williams Lake, BC, for a travel contract, and my husband lost his wallet, which contained everything, including his driver's license. We're from Ontario. We went to the BMO branch in Williams Lake to request a replacement card. He has his physical passport and photos of his driver's license on his phone. The call center verified his identity and informed us that he could get a new card.
