Absolutely horrendous to deal with. I've been waiting over A YEAR for an account to be cashed out. After taking all the steps they directed me to I have been ignored and was refused to be helped in branch. I've had my financial advisor at my other bank get in touch, have spoken to managers, and am at the point of putting in an official complain to the Securities Commission. Stay away!
I have been banking here for 25 years and ready to leave. When a bank can not hire a receptionist to answer the phone its frustating and a warning sign of where customer service is headed. In house staff is nice but handcuffed.
