WORST BANK IN THE UNITED STATES 0 STARS Let me explain when bank of the west sold to them our account was with BMO. We had been with bank of the west for over 15 years with not one problem in all those years.. since BMO took over our debit card has been locked 4 times for nonsense reasons.. my wife had a stroke a few months ago and can't speak... we live 80 miles from the closest bank and she gets anxious really bad since her stroke if she has to ride in the car... The short version is their system is unreliable, and their customer service rivals the worst I’ve ever seen. If you’d like to read the long version, here you go! I became a customer of BMO national Bank by default, when Bank of the West was acquired by them. The transition from Bank of the West has been terrible.
