Horrible service 😡I called to find out if a check in my name was original and if it was reliable and they told me that I have to go to my bank to have it verified because they cannot provide information,

Absolutely unreliable service. Been 3 weeks and my significant other has heard from Rick Soria less than 5 times total from what I observed. It has been about 9 days since his last contact. Condo we were looking at just went unser contract and we are SOL. Never even got a yay or nay on preapproval. We've since selected a new agent. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT WEEKS FOR A RESPONSE FROM WORK AT HOME AGENTS. Especially if you are working a regular in office job.
