I was visiting Cody and needed to change a $100 bill, which is very inconvenient to use, and I walked into the local branch to have it broken into $20's. The teller cheerfully informed me that they could not help me as I had no account with BMO. I was a little taken aback and responded that I was just asking for change and she again told me that she could only help me if I was a customer. Needs a new Manager ASAP! Rude, no customer service skills, refuses to dig deeper to help with a problem, lets her tellers lie to customers rather than correcting them, sits in her office and hides while her tellers try to navigate problems that are too big for them when she should step in, use her position to elevate problems quickly. Also, places unnecessary LONG holds on checks from other LOCAL banks instead of doing any type of research. Loved our BMO bank elsewhere but the Cody branch is a joke. 10/10 would no recommend... read more
Always helpful staff w great balance of professionalism and friendliness. Very helpful and went out of their way to assist after my husband passed away.
The staff in Cody are professional, friendly and helpful. The girls always go above and beyond to help every customer and know everyone by name. Their customer service is unmatched!
