Purchased a part for my girlfriends mini from this company on EBay. Not only where they rude but also more expensive than the main dealer.. but they claim they sell greatly discounted parts? They also send a disclaimer out stating they have no responsibility for incorrectly ordered parts however I believe that the consumer is fully protected by distance selling regulations, they won’t send out the parts until you accept that you’ve ordered the right part and accept their terms and conditions.
