We did a one time cut with BML with hopes of continuing on if we were happy with the service. The grass cutting was fine but they severely cracked one of our impact windows in the front of our house and have shown little interest and have offered no solutions. They haven’t even asked to be paid for the cut they did, I’m assuming to avoid contacting me. It’s incredibly disappointing. I now regret reaching out them in the first place.
