Terrible service! Asked me to do a job for them I arrived in time to meet someone on site to say someone else is doing the job now, then rang the office for clarification he asked us bid between us to get the job, I left site and said there be a small cancellation fee for time wasted which I’ve been consistently trying to chase to be paid but still not received. So if your a trader doing work for BML you might not get paid take caution!
Happy to recommend BML. We received a pro-active service at a competitive price. We will use them again should the need arise.

DO NOT TRUST. Extortionate pricing (spending more hours on-site than required) and questionable invoicing methods.
BML and team stepped up and minimum notice, and assisted us with getting house clean post construction, in readiness for same day valuation from bank! What a service!! Highly Recommended.
