We hired BMK and his team in 2020 to complete a full remodel of our home, including two new bathrooms, a new kitchen, new flooring, paint, demolition (full remodel of a 1,300 sf home). We did a plumbing job for Benjamin the owner BMK Remodeling on September 20/2023 in his Wife’s BECK’S CAFÉ & BAKERY Located at 16101 Ventura Blvd Encino, CA 91436 unfortunately Ben from BMK Remodeling has NOT paid us and has been avoiding our calls and texts messages. This guy and his Team is the worst for your construction projects..

Be Aware! We did an installation for BMK Remodeling November 17th 2022 in Thousand Oaks; unfortunately BMK Remodeling has not paid us and has been avoiding our calls. A lien letter is being sent to the home owner, people be very aware of hiring contractors that sub contract their "purposed" work and not pay them. Your homes will inherit a lien for non payment.
