Would not recommend b mindful even tho they have a b mindful car but my mum called to me in n they said a psychologist would get me in psychologist never even called back yet still waiting mum called the psychologist n never even answered

I stand by BMindful staff 100%. They are terrific. Our neurodivergent child has blossomed under Kelly Dictons amazing support and requests appointments when she feels she needs/wants them. Other psychologists tried to book as weekly/monthly unnecessary appointments to rip off the system. Kelly does not. She made a real effort to get to know our child, as well as us as parents, and has done wonders for us all. Thank-you Kelly for making the teen years so much easier to navigate. B Mindful of the misleading "director" who may convince you to pay for a session in advance that you did not ask for. We clearly explained our need for an ADHD/Autism assessment having clearly explained we're happy with our current psychologist and just want the assessment done. Booked in. Paid in advance (mistake). Arrived. Told by the Psychologist "No, this is not what I do". The "director" refused to refund us professing his innocence. Stated the call was recorded but refused to share the recording.
