This company does not answer their phone and if you want to leave a message, you cannot because their mailbox is full. This company was set up for my by my H.O.W. and so I had to request a different company and recommend that they remove this company from their list of providers.
We converted to refrigerated air. BMI did an excellent job. Smooth efficient process. Clean professional work. They worked fast and on time. I definitely recommend BMI to all my friends and family.
This company is a fraud, they went to service my Evaporative cooler and this men said my cooler is working right and in perfect condition but that evaporative does not work well in El Paso and that is better to invest in refrigerant Air conditioner. After he left our house was dangerously warm for the next 2 weeks and were considering to switch to refrigerant Air conditioner as he recommended but then I went to the roof to check the cooler because the temperature was unbelievable and noticed he positioned the water float val... read more
This company is overwhelmed and short staffed; when you speak to the owner he tells you he is going to do the job but never shows or calls; it is always an excuse he had to go to an event for his family or kid... Very unreliable I would give him negative stars too!
I would give them negative stars if I could. Do not use this business service. They are very irresponsible and lack customer service responsibility as well. I needed their service and they said they would come to check my air conditioner unit. They gave me a next day appointment but they never showed up or called so I lost my work day. They told me they would go next day and same thing happened and they never bothered to call or apologize.
