I am pregnant and was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. It was important to get in with a dietitian to discuss healthy eating habits to maintain my blood sugar. The dietician cancelled my appointment twice. Pushing me back to almost my due date. Very disappointing they couldn't keep TWO scheduled appointments for a high risk pregnancy. Will not recommend them to anyone.
I went through the process to have gastric sleeve surgery and was denied by my insurance so couldn't get the procedure done. I then got new insurance and asked them to see if I qualified for surgery. I called the office. was told that it was still pending and that I would receive a call the next day. That was over a week ago, still no word. Poor customer service!
