When my husband had medical issues and was hospitalized, Elaine at BMI worked with me to help keep my payments current. She showed great care and concern, which I truly appreciate. I am on my second vehicle with BMI, and the experience continues to be superior.
I do not recommend BMI Finance. Dee the manger is very rude and the other ladies in the office except Elaine are also very rude.
To the finance department---As a returning customer who purchased a vehicle in 2016 and paid it off, referred someone who purchased a vehicle from you, and returning back to you to get another vehicle after returning back to the Dallas area. To be turned away because of current "stability"..., stability is created by having a vehicle to constantly go to work, stability is created by services providing the results they say they are going to provide, stability is created by having your own sales managers vouch for my consisten... read more
I understand that I am at fault for not being able to pay my note, I did try to make arrangements and was told NO. So they repoed my car and I was needing IMPORTANT STUFF out of it and they are unable to tell me where I can get it after 2 days!!! The office people are rude and condescending. 5 days later and still nothing. So NOW they are trying to charge me to get my personal possessions from the vehicle!!!
