Roof started leaking. Told us it wasn’t their problem after a year. This was due to not enough hard rain. Came through our bedroom ceiling. Poorly installed vent was the problem. got it replaced by a reputable company. no problems since. They are scumbags.
Extremely poor builder. Cheaply built spec and semi custom homes that he repeats over and over again but charges a high premium. Brian is arrogant and extremely difficult to communicate with. If you need anything fixed on your one year warranty, you better have a lawyer friend at hand to get him to do anything.
I have looked at many builders in the area. BMI is definitely ranked at the top for style and quality! I highly recommend BMI! Ashley has amazing skill in decorating and takes the stress out of pulling all of the finishing touches together if you need help.
