They need a new Admin. I haven't even been in to see them yet. I had a referral on Feb. 26th, I couldn't get in until April 7, so that says something about their service. The Admin (same every time), is rude, so mean and so very rude (and rude to people who are sick or injured). I called five times to get an appointment over a week and a half (after I had all the paperwork), she never called. Then I went in to make an appointment and she was very, very rude. These folks are great...and I should know. The therapists have inspired me to recovery. The receptionists have been responsive and cheerful. I really am very grateful to have them located conveniently and sidewalks cleaned to the many parking spaces. They have improved my life!
I can't thank this department enough. From each rehab therapst to even the receptionist! With patience, expertise and postiveness makes this Department 5 Stars.
