I wish there were more stars to add on this review. Moonhe Jo, DPT has given me relief of an aggravated whiplash, cervical strain. The exercised he provided, when practiced regularly, help in the relief of muscle spasms. His gentle spirit and knowledge of the human body is astounding. If one particular exercise did not work a new one is introduced until the perfect one was found for me.
