I accidentally made a reservation and called back to cancel a few minutes later. I did have to wait a couple hours for the owner but he understood it was in error and said he'd process the refund tomorrow.

Don't trust this company! They refuse to give me my refund, despite my calls and going into the building. 110$... for unit I didn't use even. I'm a single mom. They don't care
Was charged for a month even though i had called to cancel my account and fought for months to try to get this resolved and the owner just kept blowing me off. Don’t expect help from the owner because he won’t.
