I had BMG replace some tires on my 95 harley which had spoked wheels. When I picked them up, they told me the bearings were bad, so I asked them how they trued the wheels and balanced the tires. They said they don't true spoke wheels and that I could do it at home since it was just a guessing game anyway. They also removed all my spoke weights and replaced them with stick-ons. In a pinch on a Sunday and Billy was there to help us out as we were passing through on Highway 84.
I had a 12:30 appointment for a rear tire replacement and was under the impression they would start working on it right away and have it done within an hour or so. However, once I arrived, they changed the story and said I had to drop the bike off and leave it for the day. This could have been communicated clearly over the phone beforehand — very poor communication.
