Didn't find the U-Haul representative to be very friendly or helpful. When returning the truck I wasn't even able to do the return myself. The gentleman was about to go home so he basically took the keys and showed me the door. Didn't even give me a chance to go over the truck or look at the mileage. Took my reservation on u haul for a Saturday . Sadly the business is closed on weekends. It seems ridiculous that a business will take a reservation for a service and then not be there to hand over the keys. They are playing with people.
