This gym is the perfect place for me. No pretense, just good old fashioned weight lifting and strength training. The owner, John is a very knowledgeable, motivating trainer who has a very friendly personality. I have been trying for years to be consistent with my workouts, and it's finally happened! I'm a rehab based chiropractor. I had the pleasure of visiting BMF Strength and talking with John and some of his clients. I am impressed with his working knowledge of the body. His knowledge, his attention to detail, and the atmosphere is what makes BMF Strength the place to go! It's no wonder so many record holders train there. Keep up the good work, BMF team!
