Ben definitely found us a really good deal of a place. Very happy with what we got. But the process was very slow. If time is on your side, absolutely recommend BMF realty.
I was having the hardest time finding an apartment even with good credit and income. With Ben I viewed the apartment, applied, and signed the lease within days. Great guy and professional. I recommend working with him.
Don't waste your time! The 5 star reviews here were obviously purchased. Every low star review shows that Ben will not be there, and will mention a lockbox w keys, where you can tour the apartment yourself! Isn't that fun? 15% broker fee commission and Ben thinks you can answer your own questions and then send $3,500 to wherever he's hiding. If there were zero stars I'd put that here.
Ben was great to work with and I scored the apartment I wanted through him. He was attentive to any questions and assisted when there were some complications with key delivery. Thank you!!
My wife and I first found the apartment through Street Easy and from there realtor Ben set a viewing with us pretty quick. Once in the building, Ben gave us instructions on how to access the building and the apartment itself. About two weeks before the move, Ben kept in contact with us and helped us meet the landlord, and advised us on what extra documents we needed to secure the apartment. Overall it was a good experience. Communication was a little slow but we always got a response when texting.
