What an incredible place! The staff are super knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. The programming is exceptional. The facilities are clean and tidy. And the community is like a warm hug! Thanks BMFSC 🫶🏻
I’ve been training with BMF Crew for over a year now and can’t recommend it highly enough. The sessions are always great, challenging, well structured and suitable for all fitness levels. The trainers really know their stuff and genuinely care about helping you improve. What really sets BMF apart though is the community feel, super welcoming, motivating and supportive.
This is easily the best gym and community I have been apart of. After 5 years of not training and having 2 children I was very reluctant to get back into fitness. Joining BMFSC has been life changing, I am stronger, more confident and have a group of supportive people helping me progress and stay healthy. Blake, Bianca and their team have made an incredible space and we are stoked to be a part of it 🙌 💪🫶
Coaches always going above and beyond. Worth the investment - from never being in a gym to knowing correct techniques, pushing limits and feeling confident in my abilities. Very happy member.
