Poor response, would strongly recommend zero star because I've been following up on a matter with BME group employee, most of the time he ignores the call, even if he answers he gives false hopes, not trustworthy

His communication is excellent, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process of selling our apartment. On top of that, he sold it efficiently. I highly recommend him.
They have become our building's property manager since last year. Their phone number is not even connected as per the operator message that you hear when u call. When you go to their office even after 9am, no one is there to answer your questions. The previous property manager was very engaged and responsive.
Genuine, responsive and knows the market. My experience with John was exceptional. From the original appraisal all the way to exchange and upcoming settlement, John has been very professional, communicative and always there for the extra mile. John is someone that has shown himself to be trustworthy and really cares for the vendor to ensure the best experience. Many promise and fail to deliver, but John delivered not just with words but with his actions. Can't recommend him enough!
