I’m one of the property owners, email to request a fob key, attached with fully filled requesting form and payment screenshot. Almost 4 months later, I’m still waiting. I’ve sent though follow up emails, all of them with no response. Got damaged ceiling with hole and mould from upstair’s water leaking, told it will be repaired more than 6 months ago, and I’m still waiting. Swap my working time to participated with handyman to do inspection few times, no outcome.
Dorine Lim is very responsive to every enquiry, request or concern I have ever had. Very helpful and solution focused. I feel reassured that she has the best interests of the tenants, landlords and the building... and it shows in her actions.
We really appreciate the Building Manager Team — they are kind and always respond promptly to our requests.
