I ordered a transmission with Harry for $1700 and it was having a problem with gear shifting when I reached out to them they helped me to return and refund though it was lengthy and long time to get resolution I'm happy at least I got my refund back .. Sam is a very knowledgeable mechanic I mistakenly ordered the wrong transmission and sam explained to me the vin and make sure he send the correct one which is compatible for my car but It took 7 days to get the replacement one anyways I don't mind because he offered me a free replacement.
