Some of the radiators fitted do not work - heating isn't getting to them. Contacted company on 25th September 2024 to report issue - bill for works paid. Contacted Bernie again 10th october, 25th October. Came out 7th November - said they might need to do additional works but would get back to us. Problem not fixed. Contacted them on 12th November - said they were going to come round but had an emergency.
