I had accordian shutters installed on my townhome. After contacting different companies, the only company that called me and came out to see my home for a proper estimate, was BMC. Every one was very professional and they worked with my HOA's guidelines. Hopefully, I'll never have to use the shutters! :)
I would not recommend this company. I was charged $7000 to replace 4 small windows and a sliding glass door. They sent a couple of guys to install the windows and had to wait 10 months for the sliding door to come in from the manufacturer. However the guys they sent were very unprofessional. When the sliding door finally came, they sent two different guys to install it and they had no idea what they were doing. They took over 10 hours to install.
