Most pleasant and most helpful staff have experienced in a long time
Its a monopoly. They dont care about even established patients.
Dr Manfredi and staff are awesome
Consistently long waits for simple blood draw. Nearly a hour wait this morning. I dont know if they're simply understaffed, or just inefficient but I will seek another lab in the future.
Front desk at BMC Redmond is the worst. Today had to wait to check in. Because, the lady in the middle seat was on her personal phone. I have already talked with the BMC Manger at Redmond.
